If you are a hardcore guitar collector or a fan of good ol’ punk music, the Fender Mark Hoppus bass guitar is an item that you sure would not want to miss.

The renowned Fender Mark Hoppus Bass Guitar, co-designed by Blink 182 bassist Mark Hoppus, boasts of a maple neck made out of durable rosewood fretboard. It has an Alder Jazz bass body to provide comfort and enhance dexterity. Its rosewood-made fingerboard is 9.5 inches in diameter to give it that good old fashion Fender guitar feel. The Fender Mark Hoppus bass guitar is also geared with Seymour Duncan Basslines and an SPB-3 Quarter Pound Precision Bass Pickup to enhance sound quality and precision. Aesthetically, this Fender is a beauty with its 3-ply pearloid pickguard. It is painted white on Daphne blue and surf green and black on Olympic white and black.

This Fender bass guitar has a rare combination of style and topnotch acoustics. With Mark Hoppus dabbling with the design, it would definitely be a great sounding piece of instrument to add to your collection. You will not only get to experience the quality of holding a Fender, you would also be able to play the instrument of choice of one of the greatest bassists in the music scene.

William Adams is a prime exemplar of an artist with an unruly compassion to wobble the status quo in the course of his tune; he is also recognized as Black Eyed Peas’ front man Will.I.Am. This Grammy and Emmy award-winning singer painted a landscape for transformation-driven songs and artists to have a place in the industry. He has not only sold a million records, but also helped raise awareness about relevant issues regarding politics, poverty, and inequality. Will uses his music as an instrument to rally support for highly important charitable causes in the world.

The world first noticed Jamaican-American rapper and producer Will.i.am, when the RnB group he is fronting, Black Eyed Peas, came out as one of the most successful hip hop act of 2003. While his group started ascending the Billboard charts, Will produced and composed songs for other artists, and helped helm the careers of today’s most famous singers and acts. Despite basking in worldwide fame and music success, Will.i.am still opted to heed the call of altruism by joining the bandwagon of artists such as U2’s frontman, Bono, and REM’s lead singer, Michael Stripe in their humanitarian projects.

January 2008 marked Will.i.am’s strong political advocacy when he wrote and produced the song, “Yes, We Can”, to support the first African-American President of the US, President Barrack Obama. The song’s words were based on Barrack Obama’s inauguration speech, emphasizing the message of unity and oneness of the American people amidst the crisis that the country is experiencing. According to Will himself, he was so moved by the speech that it inspired him to change himself to better the world. That was when he decided to make Obama’s speech into a song.

The song spoke not only to the American populace, but to people all over the world. It was so powerful that when the time came for Will.i.am to produce a video for the song, a bevy of the most famous actors, singers and Hollywood personalities agreed to take part in the project like Scarlette Johansson, Kate Walsh, Adam Rodriguez, Kelly Hu, and Nicole Scherzinger. Jesse Dylan directed the said song’s video, which revolved around concept of shaking people’s indifference and convincing them to take part in changing the course of the country.

More than being an artist, Will.i.am is a prime mover of transformation. Through his interest in a significant scheme, he was able to demonstrate how music can touch people’s life to become a better person.

A vocalist/ guitarist had given a solution on how to resolve the falling CD sales in our music industry nowadays.

Tom DeLonge, former band member of Blink-182, who toured Singapore with his new rock band Angels and Airwaves lately, said: “When we created Angels and Airwaves, there was no way for us to have an outlet for feature films, documentaries and 'live' broadcasts. (But) we wanted to do it all ourselves. So I came up with this idea and we actually pulled it off.”

Tom is talking about his social networking site with an important upgrade – ModLife.

"It gives operating systems to bands to be able to create revenue at the click of a button for themselves, whether it's selling their own music or pay-per- view events or subscription revenue, and it also has a free social network for the fans to have their own websites," Tom said.

The guitarist and vocalist explained that the reason of wanting for such an outlet came about due to his band wanted the capability to utilize their music on different ways, without a help of a third party.

"We've already pretty much dealt with the fact that records don't sell. With something like ModLife, we actually have a steady pay cheque that comes from that. It allows us to make a living to some degree, but I think we just got to keep on hiking through the trenches," Tom added.

Doing online is not a first in the industry of music, but being able to carry out ‘live’  broadcasts online from wherever you are is something independent bands/ celebrity in the past had no access to, unless a third party will help them.

So why don’t you guys check out this cool Tom DeLonge Video in Youtube. I found this at Entertainment and Celebrity Galley.
